Is there a membership fee? +
No. TradeDock membership is free. No monthly fees, no annual fees, no minimum order commitments.
How long does verification take? +
Most applications are reviewed within 1–2 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your account is approved.
Do you ship across all of Canada? +
We ship to most Canadian provinces. Shipping costs (typically 7% of order value + $150–$250 minimum) are clearly outlined in your cart before you commit.
How long does shipping take? +
Standard lead times are 4–7 business days for stocked items, and 5–8 weeks for custom or made-to-order pieces. We work with established national freight carriers — including Manitoulin Transport and VA Total — to get your order to you safely and on schedule. Do you offer furniture assembly service? +
Standard shipping does not include assembly. That said, share your project details with us and we may be able to provide a separate assembly quote, depending on the location and scope of the project.
Is delivery white-glove or to my door? +
Our standard shipping is curbside — to your loading dock or garage door. Shipments typically arrive on pallets (skids), so having a forklift or pallet jack on-site at receiving is expected to make unloading quick and easy.
What if my order arrives damaged? +
We take damage claims seriously. If your order arrives with visible transit damage, please report it within 48 hours of delivery — email [email protected] with clear photos of the issue and your order number. Our team reviews every claim personally and will arrange a free replacement or full refund, at our discretion. Any other manufacturing defects discovered after delivery are covered under our standard product warranty, which ranges from 1 to 5 years depending on the item.
What are your payment terms? +
Standard terms are 100% upfront via bank transfer/wire, mailed cheque, or e-transfer. For established accounts, you can apply for net-30 terms. All payments are in Canadian dollars.
What is the minimum order value? +
